V Mesh Security Fencing Kit

MAXFENCE · V MESH · SOLD BY THE BAY

In stockIn stock

Welded mesh panels with pressed horizontal V folds. The folds stiffen the panel across its span and make it harder to climb. A common choice for schools, parks and retail sites, where the fence needs to secure the site without looking like a prison.

Where it is used

Medium security. If you need cut resistance, use 358 instead.

Schools & nurseries

No sharp top edge, and staff can see through it.

Retail parks

Tidy without looking industrial. Black blends in with planting.

Parks & sports pitches

Stiff enough to take ball impact over a 3m span. Green (RAL 6005) is the usual colour.

Commercial yards

Budget friendly perimeter for units and compounds that do not need 358.

Common questions

How many bays do I need for my run?

Divide your run length by 3.03 metres and round up, then add one post for the end of the run. A 60m run is 20 bays plus one end post. Each corner needs an extra post. The calculator above works this out for you.

Can panels be stepped on sloping ground?

Yes. The clip fixing lets each panel sit at a different level on the post, so a run can step down a slope without raking the panels. On steeper ground you may need longer posts. Tell us the fall across the run and we will work out the post schedule.

What's the difference between dig in and bolt down posts?

Dig in posts are longer and set in concrete, the standard method on soil. Bolt down posts have a welded base plate and fix to an existing slab or kerb. Bolt down costs more per post but saves the groundwork, so it suits sites that already have a hard surface.

Is V mesh anti-climb?

It makes climbing harder but does not prevent it. The 200 × 50mm aperture takes a toe but not a hand, and the pressed V folds break up the climbing line. If you need real anti-climb protection, choose 358 mesh with its 76.2 × 12.7mm aperture.

What's the lead time on powder coated panels?

Green (RAL 6005) is in stock and dispatches the next working day. Black (RAL 9005) and other RAL colours take 3 weeks.
